The Barfüßer in Ulm is a house brewery that traditionally brews according to the German Purity Law. It offers Bavarian-Swabian specialities such as schnitzel and pork knuckle as well as seasonal dishes. The beer, including the unfiltered Barfüßer Blonde, is brewed directly in the guest room.
