Gothic beauty

With its imposing appearance and long history, the St. Lamberti Church in Münster captivates the eyes of onlookers. The neo-Gothic tower rises majestically into the sky and attracts attention. The church houses the Türmerstube, which has been used by turrets for centuries. Every evening, the copper horn sounds, recalling the traditional task of the turrets to warn the city of danger. A special feature of the St. Lamberti Church are the three iron baskets in which the bodies of the leaders of the Anabaptist Empire were displayed in 1536.
