Winery Zahn

The Zahn Adventure Winery captivates not only with its magnificent location directly on the Saale River. The third-generation family-run business is one of the leading wineries along the Saale-Unstrut wine region. Cellar master André Zahn is responsible for the development of the wines, while gastronomy and marketing are in the hands of Elvira Zahn-General and Torsten General. The hosts attach great importance to freshness, regionality and cuisine in harmony with the seasons. Seasonal highlights include, for example, Easter lamb, fresh field asparagus or autumnal delights such as mushroom dishes and Federweisser with hearty onion tart. A real treat in summer: freshly grilled Thuringian trout from Forellenhof Rust.
