World history was written here in the summer of 1945 - for it was at Cecilienhof Palace in the New Garden that these three luminaries met for the Potsdam Conference and sealed the fate of Germany and Europe. Today, the palace houses a historical memorial where the conference rooms and workrooms of the participants of the Potsdam Conference can be visited. The palace can be visited during opening hours with an audio guide.
