In 2018, the Webertal Alpacas moved into the picturesquely located grounds in Mainzweiler and have been providing very special moments ever since. Here you can treat yourself to your own personal time-out, where you can simply let your mind wander. With an individually booked encounter (https://webertal-alpakas.de/unser-angebot) you have the alpacas all to yourself. Even though the gentle animals do not like to be petted and cuddled, you can get very close to the alpacas and learn a lot of interesting facts about their nature. In the small sales cart you will have the opportunity to be enchanted by the fineness of their fleece and to experience the variety of alpaca products. Get to know the alpaca During our opening hours you have the possibility to get to know our alpacas without registration. Depending on the weather and the time of day, you can experience the alpacas in their everyday life. We will answer all your alpaca questions. Depending on the number of visitors and pasture constellation, there is the possibility to go with us to the pastures of the alpacas. Please note: We pay close attention to the well-being of our animals. Access to every herd is not possible at all times. Alpaca Time You will have your own personal alpaca experience in a very private setting. With a walk and time to get to know the alpacas as well as to ask their owners all the questions that you have about the animals, you treat yourself to a time-out from everyday life. Take the time to experience the nature of the animals. Of course you may also take photos. You can choose between a small, normal or large alpaca time. Alpaca evening tour In a small group we usually go on Tuesdays very relaxed in the evening. After a short introduction to the alpacas, we go on a tour through the forest or across the meadow with our gentlemen to end the day with a very special alpaca moment. Stable time Be an alpaca herderman for a morning! - Experience a morning with the alpacas. Over a cup of coffee or tea, we'll have a short alpaca introduction and discuss what's in store for your very own barn time. Then you are already in the middle of it and with it. Whether it's foal weighing, alpaca nursing, a visit to the vet, feeding, pasture & barn care or even an alpaca birth. Depending on the time of year, you can experience all of this and much more and be with us for about 2 to 4 hours. Farm time Come for your very own farm tour! End the day in private while feeding the alpacas in the evening and get to know our alpacas and their everyday life on the farm a little better. Special "Time for two The very special alpaca experience! Experience exclusively 3 to 4 hours for two with the alpacas! On this day you will experience the real everyday life of the alpacas. If by chance the vet should be there or the alpacas need a pedicure or haircut, then you are very close with it! If a little cria (alpaca foal) should tumble exactly at your appointment, then you also experience this very closely and can watch the little one with his first steps. After a guided tour of the farm, you will go for a short or long walk with two alpacas. Afterwards you can enjoy the alpacas all to yourselves with a small snack. Guided tour of the farm During the guided tour you will visit all our alpacas. Depending on the season and weather, you will get to know the alpacas in their shelters or on their pastures and learn all kinds of interesting facts about the alpacas - e.g. why alpacas are not petting animals or why they can't eat everything.
