Museum Tabakspeicher

The building of today's museum was built in the 18th century and served as a tobacco warehouse in the 19th and 20th centuries. Together with the adjacent barn built in 2000, the granary is now used as a museum. Both half-timbered buildings show exhibitions on crafts, trade, industry and archaeology on over 1,000 m². All parts of the exhibition are also interesting for children and young people, and there are also museum educational offers. "Museum at Night" is another attraction. In special experience areas, visitors are presented with telecommunications technologies from different centuries, for example. In the cinema hall, old projection equipment can be admired. Children can, for example, experience a museum rally.
