Goddess of harmony
The Jubilee Column (right, not Victory Column!) was originally once made of wood. Five years later it was replaced by a stone version, and another 17 years later a five-meter-high statue of a goddess was placed on the column. Her name: Concordia - Goddess of Concord.
The column has nothing to do with victory and war. It was erected for the 25th anniversary of the throne of King Wilhelm I - hence the name Jubilee Column.
