Gothenburg
Meeting place of gods and men
Against the impressive backdrop of the Gothenburg Art Museum stands the statue of Poseidon, Millers' masterpiece from 1931. This sculpture, shaped in the image of a Nordic man, holds a freshly caught fish in one hand and a large shell in the other. Surrounded by mermaids and sea monsters, with a gentle spring flowing from their mouths and shells, you will be transported to a world of Norse mythology.
