Nature experience in the Eschweiler city forest
A walk through the Eschweiler city forest takes you past an idyllic fallow deer enclosure, right next to the Bohler Heide restaurant. During your almost one-hour walk to the forest nature trail, you will discover the diversity of the local flora and fauna. Downhill along the game reserve, then turn left up the military path, cross the road and turn right into the Green Trail behind the refuge. Cross a wooden bridge and turn left into the Buchenweg, past the Koppweiher, you let yourself be enveloped by the silence and natural beauty of the forest.
