…denn äthiopisches Essen wird eigentlich mit der rechten Hand gegessen. Vor allem das „Injera“, ein säuerlicher Sauerteig-Fladen, der zu fast allem gereicht wird und mit dem man dann alle Köstlichkeiten greift oder einwickelt. Hier im Familienbetrieb wird übrigens richtig traditionell gekocht, weswegen man sich am besten ein „Gebeta“ teilt: eine Zusammenstellung aus allen möglichen, typisch äthiopischen Gerichten, auf einer großen Platte und einem noch größeren Injera serviert. Kleiner Tipp; im grünen, zauberschönen Innenhof sitzt es sich fast noch schöner, als im bunten Restaurant.
