Here - at the Café De Dokter - you will be placed into a different time. Run in its 7th generation, the owner passionately mixes and serves „medicine“ and makes sure that you are having a good time. I recommend the house liquor: „huis jenever“. The bar, which used to be a pharmacy a century ago, reflects the old history of Amsterdam and is a good location to catch up with some locals.o
